Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • The Realtor's primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM • Build relationships with prospects and sphere of influence to build a sales pipeline • Consistently network and market to prospect for new business and clients • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and you're very best advice • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home buying experience • Negotiate all client's behalf, setting a time limit for loan approval and closing date • Prepare “comparable market analysis” to establish market value Qualifications: • A passion for real estate • Coachable • A team player • A Go-Getter • Willing to work with company leads and personal leads • A devotion toward client service • Great people skills • Good organizational Skills • General computer knowledge • A strong work ethic • Peruses Growth and Learning • Integrity in Adversity • Works S.M.A.R.T • Focus and determination • Good moral standards and core values • Hold, or actively work to acquire, a real estate license.
