Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs. • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline. • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM. • Consistently network and market to prospect for new business and clients. • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice. • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home buying experience. • Negotiate all clients behalf, setting time limit for loan approval and closing date. • Prepare “comparable market analysis” to establish market value. Qualifications: • A passion for real estate. • A devotion towards client service. • Great people skills. • General computer knowledge. • A strong work ethic. • A continuous desire for self-improvement. • Focus and determination. • Good moral standards and core values. • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license. (We can help you get one.) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate creativity. • Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age. • Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively. Compensation: $65,000+ at plan commission
