Responsibilities: • Follow up on all leads in a timely manner • Discover the needs/wants of the buyers, find homes that match their criteria, and show the homes • Network to find more sales opportunities and contact your "Center of Influence" (social networks, friends, family, etc.) Qualifications: • Passionate about selling • TX real estate license or willing to get one • Strong money motivation • Work well in a self-directed manner Compensation: $85,000+ commission only
