    We’re searching for a diligent real estate assistant - transaction coordinator. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll handle marketing tasks - print and online/social media - as well as CRM management. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes, computer skills, and database management. Responsibilities: • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Louisiana Real Estate License preferred, or willingness to obtain a license • Proficiency in Google G-Suite apps or Microsoft Office programs • Knowledge of Social Media platforms • Available some evenings and weekends Compensation: $30,000 - $60,000 yearly
