Customer Service Representative Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our facility in New Paltz, NY (12561). The ideal candidate will have a Driver's License, experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service, and possess excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software, are also required.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our ERP software
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Prior experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ERP software is a plus
