We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist us with installing green energy solutions specializing in installing Mitsubishi ductless mini split heat pumps.

** Job Summary:

**

The role of the CSR is to answer phones, schedule sales consultations, schedule service appointments, and maintain the scheduling calendar. Customer interaction and positive customer service is a must.

** Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones
• Scheduling In-home consultations
• Scheduling service calls
• Troubleshooting issues with clients
• Manage Podium Conversations
• Calling leads from various sources

** Education and Experience:
