We are currently seeking a Agile Development Manager to work at the Pentagon to support the USAF.
The tasks for this position include:
- Performing research, analysis, and assessments of information technology
- Providing technology and process road maps that indicate how, when, and at what cost technologies (hardware and software solutions) and other process improvements may be integrated into existing automated information systems for both procurement processes and Air Force classified acquisition
- Providing technical and operational expertise
- Analyzing existing and future automated information
- Supporting data management, Verification and Validation, data improvement, and FIAR- related projects
- Maintaining and analyzing planning, scheduling, and management
- Researching and analyzing program trends, identifying issues
- Providing recommendations on the allocation of funding, establishment of program goals, objectives, and schedules, and the formulation of program
- Identifying and researching programmatic issues and tradeoffs in terms of required capabilities, costs
- Reviewing and evaluating the impact of Federal, DoD, and USAF policies and activities that affect Air Force Contracting Business Systems Division programs and capability
- Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above and as coordinated with the COR
Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance
Experience in agile program life cycle managing new and existing program development
Masters Degree in a business discipline
Certifications DAWIA Level II or III in Contracting is highly desirable
10 years experience in Federal Government contracting
Experience in Federal and DoD e-business and contracting systems (e.g. Standard Procurement System, ConWrite, ACPS), e-business and contracting automation tools (e.g. Federal Procurement System-Next Generation, Electronic Document Access, Wide-Area- Workflow, Automated Business Service System, Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning systems)
