We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team of developers supporting our Federal customer in Washington, DC. This position supports the development of mission-critical applications for a federal government client focused on national security. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end life-cycle for software development and the application in production. Includes the technical analysis of requirements, development of the software, automated testing, builds, deployment, monitoring, and feedback.

Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI
- 12 years of experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.
- 5 years of experience architecting software solutions based on customer requirement
- 5 years of experience leading technical teams
- 3 years of experience designing and implementing automated build and deployment pipelines and supporting platform.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability.
- Experience with ASP, .NET, MVC (web development)
- Expertise in SQL with stored procedures, functions, and PLSQL or transactions
- Experience with:
- Entity Framework
- LINQ
- JavaScript / Query
- HTML
Preferred Additional Skills and Qualifications- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline

- Internet Information Services (IIS)
- CSS / Bootstrap
- Telerik or other UI framework
