    Job Description

    We are on a trajectory to rapid growth and need your help. We are looking for a motivated, dedicated, and proactive IT Generalist to join our team. This position will work alongside an expanding and diverse Finance Team consisting of procurement, project management, corporate finance, and reporting and analytics. The position reports to the VP of Finance.

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Performs overall information systems planning, implementation and administrative procedures in a variety of IT functional areas
    • Manage projects related to ERP systems, hardware upgrades, and network security
    • Maintain and administer computer networks and related environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
    • Provides operational infrastructure support, maintenance, troubleshooting to ensures optimum utilization of IT resources
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems
    • Develop and manage integrity of the network via cybersecurity measures
    • Coordinate with management and lead computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, and programs

    Qualifications and skills we are looking for include:

    • AAS or equivalent in computer science or related field required, BA preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Advanced to Expert in all MS Office programs

    • Understanding of theory and design of database technologies and database queries

    • Experience with installing and maintaining company's system based in SQL

    • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, across all forms of interactions

    • Identify problems then develop and evaluate options and solutions

    • Works with integrity and ethically; Upholds organizational values; Follows policies and procedures
