We provide: • Hybrid Work from Home • Hands-On Training • Personal Training from Top Sales Reps • Same-Day Advance Opportunities • Positive Work Environment Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to the customer/client • Identify Customer/Client Needs And Provide Solutions • Provide Excellent Customer Service and Customer Relations • Build, maintain, and manage customers' accounts • Reply to incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, general information, and complaints • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary Qualifications: • One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended) • Reliable Transportation • Laptop and/or iPad • High-Speed Internet • Quiet Work Space • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 at plan yearly
