At S & A Group, we have a clientele base that contacts us directly (NO COLD CALLS or DOOR to DOOR required) wanting to know if they qualify for our insurance, so we qualify our potential clients and see how we can help them. This is a very fast-paced office and we need an outstanding, go-getter who has the ability to keep up with a growing company and can handle pressure with ease. Responsibilities: • Manage data in spreadsheets, CRM system and tracking of activity • Interact with clients to assist the management team with client relations • Work closely with a team, providing support when needed • Preparing Microsoft Word and Excel documents • Support special projects and perform any additional responsibilities as requested Qualifications: Skills and Competencies • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, or similar software programs • Previous database or CRM experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines • Organizational skills and follow-through • Attention to detail • Strong work ethic and reliable character • Dependable and trustworthy Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000
