This position will be dealing with Fund Managers, Custodians, Registered Representatives and Advisors, Broker-Dealers and High Net Worth Investors. Experience needed with investor subscriptions, redemption and transfer processing.
Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and process all documents and spreadsheets relating to subscriptions, redemptions and transfer processing for both Investors and Investments
- Knowledge of Trust documents, qualified accounts etc for fund investors
- Understanding of commissions and fees relating to Fund offerings
- Processing capital calls and distributions
- Coordinate and execute weekly Fund closings
- Ensure that the Salesforce CRM is maintained and updated with all investor information
- Collaborate with various internal teams including Compliance and Accounting on new and ongoing Fund management strategies to minimize risk, maximize efficiency and ensure service quality
- Help establish efficient workflow processes between Alternative Investments and Fund Managers/custodians
- Proactively look for means of automation, efficiencies and scalability - consistently work with business groups to make enhancements to current systems and processes
- Responsible for resolving problems and discrepancies both internally and externally with Custodians, Transfer Agents etc
- Work with both internal and external registered representatives
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients to handle information requests, training, account maintenance, website use and deliver quality services to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain compliance blotters for transaction, investments amounts etc.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, policies and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel a must
- Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 2-5 years' of relevant experience in investor services or related field
- Series 7 or 22 license preferred, but may be acquired on the job within 6 months
