    SUMMARY

    This staff position within the IT Department is responsible for ensuring continuity of computer system services for IT customers by providing the technical expertise, assistance, and project coordination necessary to install and support IT systems.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assure continuity of computer systems for all system customers.

    Participate in evaluating new products and platforms.

    Install selected software and hardware products.

    Establish regular checkpoints and performance indicators to prevent problems.

    Perform risk assessment and execute tests to ensure functioning of date processing activities and security measures.

    Repair hardware as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service.

    Have familiarity with both physical and virtual server environments.

    Experience with Network and SQL administration.

    Administer web filter and traffic monitoring.

    Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

    Be "on-call" for all periods as assigned by the manager.

    Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.

    Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality.

    Work overtime as required.

    Provide technical assistance and advice to customers as needed.

    Maintaining of the network cabling, cabling infrastructure and standards.

    Assist with the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet customer requirements.

    Provide telephone, face-to-face and online support to customers.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    A minimum of 5 combined years of computer, network, IT Support, and accredited college degree program required.

    Gaming and hospitality experience preferred.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGULATIONS

    Required to complete Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act annually.

    Required to watch Customer Service video annually.

    Required to watch Sexual Harassment video every 2 years.

    Must complete the gaming application and fingerprint process.

    Must possess a valid State of Montana Driver’s License and be insurable under the company’s insurance.

    This individual must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and as a condition of employment will be subject to random drug testing.
