Job Description

We are currently seeking an OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for the Metro Detroit Area for our staffing company. You will be calling on Light Industrial accounts to expand our staffing business. This is a great opportunity to build a career in sales and staffing! You will be traveling within the Metro Detroit area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customer service to current clients to expand existing business
• Telemarketing, prospecting, and cold calling – in person and on the phone
• Market qualification/ pre-call planning
• Determining the needs of current and prospective clients
• Closing/follow-up – continued communication to penetrate accounts and grow the business

• Strong prospecting skills
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook
