Accounts Receivable Specialist / AR Specialist – Our client seeks a driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide excellent internal and external customer service.

This is a full-time, temporary to hire opportunity where you will earn up to $18.00 per hour, based on your experience. You will work Monday – Friday in office from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Some of your responsibilities as an AR specialist include:

• Processing payments
• Entering new and updating customer accounts
• Monitoring customer accounts
• Resolving billing issues with customers
• Entering, posting and reconciling sales order batches
• Monitoring AR aging reports
• Balancing cash drawers
• Performing daily bank deposits and reconciliations
• Assisting with freight audits
• Processing customer requests for financing
• Processing approvals
• Scanning and filing
• Assisting with freight audits
• Reviewing sales orders and invoices
• Other duties as assigned

To qualify for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position, you must have exceptional customer service skills. As well as:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• High level of accountability
