Our client is a growing commercial window covering sub-contractor based in the San Francisco Bay area. Primary responsibilities for the role will be developing long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts and newly generated business, primarily focused on contractors, design-build contractors, and consultants in commercial and mid-markets.

 Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Bid jobs and maintain results
• Visit plan room of General Contractor 2 times per week
• Present weekly bid report and financial outcomes report
• Review and sign contracts
• Perform and submit change order pricing

 Required Skills and Experience:

• Possess a growth mindset, self- motivated, and disciplined
• 2+ years of experience in a commercial construction environment with proven track record executing high-end finishes/window covering automation/building automation/mechanical or electrical scopes
• Focused on solutions with effective delegation and follow-up skills
• Proven revenue generation
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Compensation:

Salary ~$80,000 annually
