S. W. Collins company is looking for a brand and digital marketing assistant to join our team! The applicant must be detail oriented, creative, proficient in basic computer applications, and able to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email and teams. Our marketing team is small, but mighty. The specific responsibilities of this role are flexible to meet the interests and skills of the individual as well as the needs of the company.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Assist with company events for employees, customers, and vendors

Photo and video collection in store and at company events

Content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)

Manage Google, Yelp, and Bing business listings

Maintain company website and ensure up to date content and information

Analyze results from social media platforms and website to guide future direction

Create and update content for digital signs across locations

Develop new ideas to reach customers through digital platforms

Create sales flyers for online and print distribution

Define and implement clear brand standards across locations

Research ideas and sources for company branded promotional materials

Coordinate employee clothing purchases

Assist with planning and participating in local career fairs and other events

Assist marketing manager with tasks and projects as needed

Answer customer phone calls
