Our Caribou location is looking for a motivated individual to join our delivery and yard team to boost our operation. This position would be primarily responsible for completing customer deliveries in the Caribou area using a variety of vehicles including boom and moffett trucks. As with all positions, this pioneer would be expected to provide an outstanding experience to our customers, handle all materials with care and to ensure the accuracy and safety of all materials on vehicles leaving our yard. Additional responsibilities when not on a delivery include loading customers, filling racks, and unloading vendors as needed. Important skills for someone in this position include strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent organization, ability to confidently handle large trucks and equipment, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Other key responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to:

daily vehicle and forklift inspections

load products on to vehicles according to company specifications

unload product according to customer specifications

adhere to all store policies and safety standards

communicate effectively with customers on the status of their delivery

ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

clean driving record

daily upkeep of a clean and orderly yard to ensure a safe environment for customers and pioneers (sweeping floors, emptying garbage, etc.)

ensure accurate inventory in computer system (complete regular inventory counts)

A CDL B license is required for this position. Drivers will have a consistent schedule and will not have to be on the road overnight.
