Responsibilities:
History of exceptional customer service, with a focus on building repeat customers.
Demonstrate active listening skills and develop a strong understanding of each customer's needs.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of all products, pricing plans, service features, and accessories as well as current company promotions.
Foster a supportive and competitive approach to meeting (and exceeding) assigned sales objectives and store goals.
Manage time productively when not serving guests (maintain visual appearance of the store, initiative post-sale contact, participate in local marketing and/or research efforts, etc.).
Qualifications:
Bilingual: able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently a plus (wage commensurate with abilities)
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Flexible availability (nights & weekends).
Proven track record of success.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer / POS skills a plus.
Light outside marketing activities
Must have reliable transportation
