McCloskey International is part of the Metso Group of manufacturers, supplying screening, crushing & conveying equipment to the aggregate, aggregate recycling, top soil, compost industries.

Responsibilities:
Complete calls or personal visits to current customers and make introductory sales calls to prospective customers. Prospect lists and other lead generation materials will be provided.
Maintain Customer database of all communications with Customers and potential Customers using software which will be provided
Prepare proposals to purchase and/or contracts to purchase or lease equipment.
Communicate and coordinate with Manager, not less than weekly, all expectations of sales, installations and/or service resulting from contact with Customers.
Participation in industry related trade shows and conferences for Brand exposure and to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
BS degree preferred but not required. *(Willingness to learn and positive can-do attitude even more important)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude/team player with energetic personality and high degree of integrity
Professional confidence and ability to communicate with Owners, General Managers, Administrators, Chief Engineers, Operators and General Employees
Proficiency in time management and able to maximise working hours while mindful of customer availability and sales potential. Home based position, without direct supervision
Preferred Experience:
Recently discharged veterans looking for a new rewarding career in sales welcome
Professional experience as a salesperson preferred with a minimum 5 Year proven track record in sales required
Natural sales ability, positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn are essential
Compensation: Base Salary plus commission for each machine sold. All Employees begin with a ninety (90) day trial. The amount of the base salary is $72,000 per annum plus commission based on a percentage of each machine sold. Historic earnings in this position have been 200K+ total compensation per year. Unlimited potential for a dedicated sales professional.
