IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 plus years experience as a Leasing Agent or Leasing Manager
• Marketing experience a must
• Bi-lingual a plus
• ResMan experience a plus
• Self motivate, self-starter with a positive can do attitude
• Multi-tasker
• Ability to perform outreach marketing to local businesses and employers
• Work well with others in a fast paced environment
• Be a team player
• Can do attitude!
