JOB TITLE: System Administrators

WORK LOCATION: USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, NE

CLEARANCE: Active current TS+

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Computer Information Systems related field desired

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of relevant industry experience

CERTIFICATION: Current Security+ or higher

SCHEDULE: Monday Friday day shift

TRAVEL: Occasional

REQUISITION: NE20015

OVERVIEW: S4 Inc. is looking for System Administrators to provide technical expertise to analyze customer information technology requests in an environment that has large complex systems, both physical and virtual, on multiple networks consisting of servers, personal computers, workstations, notebooks, printers and audio-visual technologies.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Develops technical and security requirements from the customers' requests; evaluates various technology solutions against the requirements and makes procurement recommendations
• Plans and coordinates implementation of schedules; conducts final system configuration, documentation, testing, and integration into the computing environment
• Troubleshoots technical issues that require expertise beyond help desk capability.

• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to prepare a well-grounded and defensible argument
• Understands the interrelationships between domain of expertise and other domains
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A current active TS+ security clearance
• A Security+ certification (or higher)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline strongly desired
