We are looking for Senior Engineers with Enterprise level Networking or Windows experience to join our team at SACA Technologies, the all-in-one cloud provider! REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Experience:

  • 5+year experience in IT as a systems engineer.
  • 10+ year experience in the IT Support Field.
  • 2+ year experience working for a managed services provider MSP preferred.
  • Expert level knowledge and experience in at least 3 of the following areas.
    • Windows Server - configuration, deployments, performance tuning.
    • RDS / (Terminal) Server - connection broker, load-balancing, and performance tuning.
    • Active Directory - deploying, upgrading, building/managing group policies.
    • Exchange - deploying, upgrading, managing a multi-tenant environment on 2013 and 2016.
    • Virtualization - VMWare and Hyper-V.
    • Network - LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, able to design, deploy, and support enterprise level solutions.

• Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
  • Current MCSE and CCNA certifications.
  • ITIL or Six Sigma experience

• Exceptional customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

• Extensive experience communicating with C-level customers (internal/external), including developing project proposals.

• Proven success record with stories and examples of designing, implementing, supporting solutions.

• Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
