    As one of our Cloud support specialists, you’ll be leading the charge for a large and rapidly growing team! Supporting clients, assisting with software updates and onboardings, valiantly leading the way as we move forward.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Working alone or in tandem with other specialists to support large scale RDS/VDI solutions
    • Provide remote support and resolution for complex technical issues, ensuring SME level understanding of our core offerings 
    • Also assist our managed care clients with general L1/L2 support and systems administration tasks for on-premise, remote, and cloud environments
    • Identify and act quickly on opportunities to enhance customer experience
    • Strong intellectual and service operations depth, coupled with effective executive presence and a communication style that conveys expertise and instills confidence
    • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative and effective relationships internally and externally
    • Assuring effective communication to customer stakeholders in the event of a service disruption, degradation or outage to make sure that they receive the latest updates as our operations teams work to restore full service
    • Ensure that our applications are designed and implemented to the highest security standards thus maintaining and enhancing customer trust

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years of experience in a Windows systems administrator role
    • 3+ years of supporting private/public cloud environments: VMWare Horizon, Citrix, TS/RDS, or other VDI solutions
    • 3+ years working with networking, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks. CCNA is a plus
    • Solid experience using: Veeam, Office 365, GPOs, VOIP, MDM, Cisco and SonicWall firewalls, Sophos, and ConnectWise products
    • Intermediate knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V environments
    • Strong knowledge of Windows Server
    • Strong knowledge of Windows AD, DHCP and DNS
    • Database experience, including knowledge of SQL
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workplace
    • Interest in Cloud Engineering and its impact on greater business practices
    • Skilled at working in tandem with a team of engineers, or alone as required
