    JOIN SADA AS A SR. FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS ANALYST! 

    YOUR MISSION 

    With our continued growth, we're looking for a SR. FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (FP&A) ANALYST to join SADA. In this position, you will play an important role in helping the company achieve and exceed its growth and profitability goals. You'll work with all facets of the business to provide visibility on all things financial to executive management, surfacing new insights and improving processes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, able to communicate financial insights and recommend appropriate actions. This role reports to the Sr. FP&A Manager.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting in annual budgeting & planning cycle
    • Analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
    • Construction and presentation of variance analyses
    • Conduct ad hoc analyses as directed by Management and the Business
    • Working closely with the accounting team to ensure a timely and accurate financial close
    • Building partnerships with functional managers to understand drivers, trends, opportunities, and to share insights and recommendations
    • Answering business questions and recommending business decisions to management supported by data analyses
    • Compilation and presentation of periodic financial reports to the Finance leadership
    • Maintaining the detailed one-to-five year corporate model, forecasting all three financial statements
    • Ownership of cash flow forecast model and maintain periodic update of the cash flow model
    • Supporting Executive Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis such as ROI, IRR, LTV, CAC analyses

    #BEDATADRIVEN: The candidate will be working with large volumes of data and running multiple calculations for both reporting and analytical purposes, enabling SADA to make impactful decisions from a solid base of information

    EXPECTATIONS

    Training - Ongoing with first-week orientation at HQ followed by a 90-day onboarding schedule. Details of the timeline can be shared. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, ALL ONBOARDING WILL BE TEMPORARILY CONDUCTED REMOTELY.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Required Credentials:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (accounting and/or finance preferred)
    • 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience

    Required Qualifications: 

    • High-level proficiency in Excel
    • Prior experience building sophisticated financial models used for strategic guidance
    • High level of accuracy and precision; highly organized
    • Experience with auditing and testing financials
    • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
    • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity

    Useful Qualifications:

    • MBA or CPA preferred, but not required
    • Experience with NetSuite or major ERP system
    • Previous FP&A experience in a consultancy environment
