JOIN SADA SYSTEMS AS A RESOURCE MANAGER!
The primary responsibility of the Resource Manager is to manage resourcing assignments for all potential and active projects within the GCP professional services practice. In this role you will work directly with Practice Leads to facilitate staffing across the department based on a continuously evolving understanding of sales forecasts, engineering capabilities and project requirements. You will be instrumental in identifying the resources needed to scope sales opportunities and convert them into signed deals. You will track resourcing availability assiduously and help solidify resource and start date commitments. When unforeseen circumstances require it, you will manage resource changes as quickly as possible to avoid costly delivery disruptions. Your oversight of these matters is a key component to ensuring an orderly, well-functioning consulting practice.

EXPECTATIONS
Training - Ongoing with first-week orientation at HQ followed by a 90-day onboarding schedule. Details of the timeline can be shared.
