About the Role:

Sales Advocate – Cricket Wireless

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay: $10–$14 per hour (based on experience) + Commission

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Advocate to join our Cricket Wireless retail team. If you enjoy helping people, meeting sales goals, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and deliver exceptional customer service.

Sell Cricket Wireless phones, accessories, and wireless service plans.

Assist customers with activations, upgrades, bill payments, and troubleshooting.

Educate customers on the latest devices, promotions, and products.

Meet or exceed individual sales goals.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

Process transactions accurately and follow company policies.

Qualifications

Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer systems.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
