We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pool Construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and closing sales for new pool construction projects. You’ll guide clients through the design and planning process, offering solutions tailored to their needs and budget.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a pipeline of residential and commercial pool construction leads.

Meet with prospective clients to assess needs and present custom pool design solutions.

Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure accurate proposals and timelines.

Close sales and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Attend trade shows, community events, and networking functions to promote the company.

Qualifications:

Preferred 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in pool construction.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to read and understand design plans and construction terminology.

Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM systems, email, and design software.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
