Job Summary
General carpentry, finish trim, and punch work including installation of cabinet and door hardware, bath accessories, other closeout items for new construction and renovations, limited light framing, and other miscellaneous repairs. Any woodworking shop skill would be a plus.
General Accountabilities
Reading blueprints, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, such as trim material or lumber, and the ability to understand the dimensions of the structure or fixture to be fabricated.
Fabricates or repairs carpentry items to reduce project costs.
Provides eyes on the ground for Project Managers.
Fits and installs prefabricated window frames, doors, doorframes, weather stripping, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware, such as locks, letter drops, and kick plates.
Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Understands and follows directions and shows willingness to ask questions for clarity on designated tasks. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 5 years of related experience
Reliable means of transportation and a valid Driver’s license
