    We are seeking a Salon Director to lead our Dallas locations with a focus on elevated service, team development, and performance-driven growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and understands how to turn exceptional service into lasting client relationships.

    As the leader of two locations, you will set the tone for the brand experience—ensuring every client leaves feeling confident, refined, and ready to own their next move.

    What You’ll Own

    Leadership & Culture

    Lead, coach, and inspire teams across two salon locations

    Build a culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, and elevated service

    Recruit and develop top-tier talent aligned with the 18|8 brand

    Be present on the floor—leading by example, not from the sidelines

    Client Experience

    Ensure every guest receives a consistent, premium 18|8 experience

    Drive client retention through relationship-building and service excellence

    Uphold brand standards in consultation, service delivery, and environment

    Turn first-time guests into long-term members

    Business & Performance

    Drive service and retail sales through coaching and daily execution

    Own KPIs across both locations: revenue, productivity, retention, and retail

    Execute local marketing initiatives and in-store promotions

    Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to scale performance

    Operations & Execution

    Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operations across both locations

    Ensure seamless workflow and a polished, professional environment

    Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards

    Leverage POS and reporting tools to make smart, data-driven decisions

    Financial & Inventory Management

    Manage inventory, ordering, and product flow to maximize profitability

    Oversee payroll, cash handling, and financial accuracy

    Optimize pricing, retail mix, and merchandising strategies

    Who You Are

    A proven leader in a salon, retail, or hospitality-driven environment

    Strong operator with experience managing multiple locations or teams

    Passionate about men’s grooming, style, and elevated client experience

    A coach and developer of people, not just a manager of tasks

    Business-minded with a strong grasp of sales, KPIs, and profitability

    Confident communicator who can motivate, hold accountability, and inspire performance

    Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
