    Job Summary

    We are seeking a positive, friendly, and experienced Assistant Park Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Park Manager, you will organize and oversee the daily operations of our facilities.

    The Assistant Park Manager must possess strong communication skills and remain focused on ensuring both positive customer experiences and positive team/employee and guests experiences. You should be capable of solving problems successfully even when faced with challenging situations.

    Responsibilities

    Work with the corporate office Billing department for lease administration, including processing rental applications, drafting lease agreements, and maintaining accurate records.

    Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in park operations and marketing strategies.

    Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.

    Assist in financial management tasks such as rent collection, invoicing, and budget tracking.

    Perform the creation of resident communications, including distributing newsletters, notices, and updates regarding park events, policies, and maintenance schedules.

    Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and distribution to residents and management.

    Collaborate with the Park Manager to develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in park operations.

    Assist the Park Manager in communicating with the maintenance staff or external vendors to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance projects.

    Collaborate with the Park Manager to develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff during crises or natural disasters.

    Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including updating online listings, creating promotional materials, and participating in outreach events.

    Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

    Welcome residents and guests with a friendly and helpful demeanor, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

    Foster a positive community atmosphere by organizing social events and activities and encouraging resident participation.

    Act as a liaison between residents and the Park manager, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

    Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and park policies related to housing, health, safety, and environmental standards.

    Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions to address any identified hazards or deficiencies.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure the park remains in compliance.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Knowledge of RV and mobile home park operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

    Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
