    Armstrong McCall Beauty Supply Store Sales Associate Open availability and flexibility preferred, Monday - Friday 8:15am-615pm, Saturdays 8:45am-1:30pm Hiring for both Part Time and Full Time Postions Full Time consists of 34-40 hours per work week, 5 days a week Part Time consists of 25-30 hours per work week, 4 days a week

    Customer Service Knowledge Cashier- cash handling and operating POS system Assisting customers (licensed professionals, salon owners and students) in store and via phone Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, inventory, and safety Receiving, Stocking, Ordering inventory Attending product knowledge training in person, or via zoom

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.

    Responsibilities

    Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

    Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

    Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.

    Collect payments by cash and credit card

    Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

    Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

    Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

    Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

    Willingness to work well in a team environment

    Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

    Willingness to work a flexible schedule
