    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Lead Club services including Before and After School Programs, Summer Camps, Intervention & Diversion, Athletics, and Enrichment programs.

    Create a culture that inspires our key stakeholders (students/families, staff, schools, and donors) to join Team BGCSL

    Lead over 200 frontline professionals across 22 program sites with high staff job satisfaction and the belief that BGCSL is a great place to work.

    Develop a comprehensive talent plan, including staff competencies, onboarding, training, coaching, program performance standards, and performance management systems to ensure effective program implementation.

    Collaborate with the CEO and other C-Suite executives to support fundraising, engaging donors as partners.

    Lead Board Program Committees

    Manage strategic Board and donor relationships

    Program Design and Management

    Strategically design, implement, manage, and refine programs to optimize our students’ school success.

    Set budget, manage spending, and forecast expenditures.

    Manage income and expense for full Youth Impact operation. Participate and collaborate on income goals and ensure expenses are on budget and properly tracked by grant and location.

    Lead goal setting, reflection, and continuous learning across programs and sites based on annual objectives and key results.

    Oversee the design of systems and processes to optimize student recruitment and retention.

    Collaborate with the C-suite, board, and finance to measure and

    communicate program impact.

    provide staff with timely and actionable data that leads to better outcomes.

    report progress toward program goals quarterly to leadership and the Board

    foster a culture of capturing and using data to learn and improve.

    instill high expectations and accountability.

    Coach staff to implement quality programs, engage in continuous learning, and achieve goals; lead professional development and training for program staff.

    External Partnerships

    Build and maintain trusting relationships with school districts.

    Build and maintain effective partnerships with other community-based organizations.

    Share findings and best practices with other youth-serving and/or education organizations.
