Minimum Requirements:

1–2-year minimum kitchen experience - pizza shop experience is a plus!

Workstation cleanliness and organization

Flexibility

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Must be a team player

Able to take directions

Reliable & punctual

Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in daily kitchen closing procedures

Setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines

Workstation cleanliness

Ability to take direction and work well with others

Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock - when necessary

Follow all food safety regulations

Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification (not required)

Excellent time management skills

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods of time
