• Minimum of 4+ years in a Production Management position within the metal casting industry required
• Experience identifying KPIs to identify areas of improvement as well as implementing corrective actions.
• Experience optimizing casting processes, minimizing waste, as well as continuous improvement processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to achieve production goals.
• Open to relocation for the right candidate
