• Must have a minimum of 5+ years in a Metal Casting Engineering environment
• Experience Implementing solutions to ensure cast quality is maintained, scrap is minimized
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation (PFMEA, Setup Sheets, Check Sheets), including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• CAPEX experience for new and existing projects
• Experience supporting quality as well as IATF 16949 requirements
• Open to relocation / 25% travel could be possible with this opportunity
