• 10+ years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing environment with 5+ years of managerial experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead others in a fast paced environment
• Must be proficient with ERP systems as well as computer skills
• Strong organizational, planning and leadership skills
• Multi-plant leadership experience preferred which includes but not limited to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, as well as the promotion of cross training of other team members
