    ABOUT THE TEAM

     

    The SAP Customer Success Transformation Team supports the Customer Success (CS) Executive Board Area and CS Leadership team in executing the SAP strategy, specifically, the execution of the Customer Success Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy as well as the execution of the CS Operating model across all lines of business within Customer Success. The CS Transformation & Change Team focuses on all people facing aspects in this regard: Change Management, Communications, and Learning. The team has a unique, innovative, and results driven culture offering a trust-based working model. We are looking for a pro-active, self-driven, highly motivated and highly creative team player who is attracted to a challenging yet flexible remote work environment offering many opportunities from a personal development perspective.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    Position title: SAP CS iXp Intern – CS Change Management

    Location: Newtown Square, US (Virtual/Remote)

    Expected start date to end date: February 2023 – Feb 2024 

    Duration: 12 months 

     

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

     

    • Support transformation projects and initaitves by preparing and executing of Change Management and Communication deliverables 

    • Preparation, execution and documentation of meetings, workshops, events, etc.

    • Research, evaluation, consolidation and presentation of data, information, and results

    • Support design and ongoing development of our Change Approach, Framework, best practices, methods, toolsets and templates

    • Contributing and developing your knowledge, ideas, and skills

     

    WHO YOU ARE: 

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

    • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

    • Preferred fields of study: Economics, Psychology, Marketing, Communications

    • Solid understanding of Change Management Methodology and practices

    • Computer skills:

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

      • Macro / VBA programming is a plus

      • Web-related / social media experience is a plus

    • Language skills:

      • Fluency in business English is required – verbal and written
    • Soft skills:

      • Strong organizational and analytical skills

      • Structured approach to delivering professional results

      • Good communication skills

      • Pro-active, self-driven and highly motivated team player with an open and flexible personality

      • Able to work in international, dynamic, virtual teams

      • Prior work experience in the area of Customer Success and/or project management is a plus but not a pre-requisite.

    COMPENSATION RANGE TRANSPARENCY: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
