Key Responsibilities

As the critical link between Business and IT, you will be responsible for driving global logistics process improvements and implementing best-in-class ERP solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading global continuous improvement projects across logistics functions.

• Driving standardization and implementation of ERP processes in:

  • Warehouse Management (WM)

  • Material Resource Planning (MRP)

  • Sales and Distribution (SD)

  • Production Planning (PP)

  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

  • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• Translating logistics requirements into functional ERP specifications.

• Customizing SAP modules to align with business needs and global logistics strategies.

• Implementing “end-to-end” logistics processes including training, KPI development, and sustainability reviews.

• Partnering with the OneERP team to roll out a unified logistics ERP strategy.

• Conducting plant process reviews to identify improvement opportunities and ensure sustainable best practices.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics process management within the automotive industry.

• Proven success in project and process management, particularly in leading complex, cross-functional, and international initiatives.

• Strong expertise in SAP-ERP, especially in one or more of the following modules: MM, WM, PP, SD, PM.

• In-depth understanding of logistics and production flows, including warehouse and material flow planning.

• Experience in SAP customization and consulting is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
