    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll and SAP Human Capital Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring SAP HCM, supporting payroll processes, preparing functional specifications, and participating in the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.

    Required Skills

    • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM configuration and implementation.
    • ** Hands-on experience with SAP US Payroll configuration** , including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll processing, tax configuration, garnishments, retroactive accounting, and payroll execution.
    • Experience with core HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
    • Strong understanding of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
    • Experience writing detailed Functional Specifications for custom developments.
    • Ability to perform end-to-end testing , including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and payroll validation.
    • Experience working with ABAP developers to design and validate custom solutions.
    • Strong troubleshooting and production support experience for payroll-related issues.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Skills

    • Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
    • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
    • SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP HCM and US Payroll.
    • Configure and support SAP S/4HANA HCM US Payroll solutions.
    • Develop functional design documents and RICEFW specifications.
    • Collaborate with ABAP developers on custom enhancements and interfaces.
    • Execute and support SIT, UAT, payroll parallel testing, and production deployments.
    • Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide post-go-live production support.
    • Work closely with business users, payroll teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality HCM and payroll solutions.
