_ About the Role_
We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Functional SME to join a high-impact project for a global consulting leader. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for S4HANA TM configuration and end-to-end logistics solutions. You will work at the intersection of business requirements and technical execution, leading a team to deliver high-quality application enhancements in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on configuration of S4HANA TM modules to support business needs.
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end logistics and transportation processes.
Act as a technical lead, mentoring junior developers and overseeing team deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical specifications.
Ensure application quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Required Skills
Advanced expertise in SAP TM Transportation Management and S4HANA configuration.
Strong background in end-to-end logistics business processes.
Proven experience in a Lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) capacity.
Excellent advisory and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP TM Certification.
Experience within the Life Sciences industry.
Familiarity with TM integration with EWM.
Previous experience working in Agile/Jira environments.
