🔹 Position: SAP Treasury SME (Treasury, Banking, Investment, Cash & Debt Management)

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking a Senior SAP Treasury SME to support their migration from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA. The consultant will work closely with IT, business finance teams, and the system integrator to support configuration, testing, integration, data processes, documentation, and training for Treasury & Banking modules.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Serve as IT SME for SAP Finance/Treasury/Banking during the S/4HANA migration.

Configure, develop, test, and support PTC Treasury and Banking systems.

Understand current-state processes and map them to S/4HANA To-Be processes.

Support ECC and S/4 testing cycles across SMART project phases.

Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and validations.

Document changes, upgrades, and ensure proper testing.

Assist with reporting requirements (SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus).

Provide training, resolve issues during cutover, and support hypercare.

Follow best practices for change management and documentation.

🔹 Minimum Experience

6+ years configuring/supporting SAP ECC 6.0 & S/4HANA Treasury and Banking.

5+ years configuring Treasury module (bonds, sweeps, derivatives, FA integration).

5+ years processing lockbox files & electronic bank statements.

2+ full-cycle implementations of SAP Banking/Treasury.

Hands-on experience with design documents, testing docs, and training materials.

Experience with month-end/year-end Treasury & Banking processes.

Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP Finance, Treasury & Banking processes.

🔹 Desired Skills

Real-time & batch integrations with SAP ECC/S4 and external banking systems.

Background job processing in SAP Treasury/Finance.

Experience with ACH, checks, RTP, and digital payments.

Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO).

Experience supporting ECC ➝ S/4HANA brownfield migrations, including Fiori.

ADO testing experience (scenarios, scripts, execution).

Knowledge of public sector financial/treasury regulations.

🔹 Certifications / Education

Bachelor’s in Business Management or Information Systems (or equivalent).

SAP TRM Certification strongly preferred.

🔹 Engagement Requirements

Must be local to PA (within 1.5 hours of Middletown).

Must be available for onsite sessions during project milestones (PI cycles, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare).

Must pick up PTC equipment onsite (travel not reimbursed).

Must follow PTC virtual work guidelines (camera on, professional appearance).

Must be able to reach PTC within 3 hours for emergencies.

Travel reimbursement per GSA guidelines.
