    Purpose and Objectives: Take advantage of this unique opportunity to be part of SAP’s Customer Success COO organization. Working closely with the CS Operating Plan Execution Office Lead, the CS COO Office Associate will actively engage to enable critical planning, operations, and project support as part of efforts to drive the Customer Success operating plan to directly enable SAP’s strategy and achievement of shared business objectives. 

     

    Expectations and Tasks: This internship will provide hands-on opportunities for exposure with contributions to the delivery of improved internal/external customer satisfaction and measurable business value. This includes, but is not limited to:  •    Lending project support and driving coordination across workstreams.  •    Facilitating actions using internal SAP processes and systems.  •    Analyzing business data and information to inform decision-making.  •    Fostering and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders to accelerate execution.  •    Delivering ongoing business and project related reporting and updates.   •    Writing variety of programmatic communications for a variety of internal audiences.  •    Validating, interpreting, and contributing to plans, reports, and presentations. •    Developing and implementing tools and templates to facilitate key processes. •    Preparing materials for bi-weekly governance calls and other meetings.  •    Managing ongoing logging and monitoring of issues/risks.  •    Maintaining the master document/file repository.  •    Serving as a connection point to maintain core interlocks. 

     

    Education and Qualifications: A successful candidate will be someone with academic business experience who enjoys working within rapidly changing environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, thrives on hard work, and demonstrates strong business acumen with the highest level of integrity. In addition, we place high value on relevant personal qualities: results-oriented, energetic, empathetic, highly communicative, creative problem solver who values diversity.

     

    Skills & Competencies: •    Basic understanding of the software industry and competitive landscape.  •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability undertake sophisticated analyses, and develop synthesized findings/recommendations. •    Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to express complex matters in a crisp, easy to understand, and consumable-fashion. •    Superior interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across functions, levels and geographies – internally and externally. •    Highest level of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality. •    Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.  •    Fluent in English.

     

    Work Experience •    Professional working experience in business is a plus.

    COMPENSATION RANGE TRANSPARENCY: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
