    What you'll do

    This position will report to the Global VP of Digital Modalities. The team is responsible for driving SAP’s success in the midmarket and volume segment with low touch and no touch digital solutions.

    • Designing and implementing user interface components for AI-driven applications and platforms using modern web design principles and SAP Fiori guidelines.
    • Utilizing prototyping tools like Figma to create high-fidelity designs and interactive user interface prototypes.
    • Collaborating closely with the product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
    • Conducting user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the design based on user interactions.
    • Ensuring that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
    • Maintaining consistency in visual elements and defining behavior such as how to display error or warning states.
    • Keeping up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, and incorporating these into designs and design standards.
    • Participating in and contributing to project debriefs, with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Developing and maintaining detailed user-interface specifications, working on design libraries and design language systems.
    • Creating and implementing style guides and design standards across the platform.

    What you bring

    • Proven experience as a Front End Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in using design software like Figma for high-fidelity prototyping.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori design principles and guidelines.
    • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
    • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
    • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
    • Good understanding of front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
    • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
    • BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15 - 62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
