    About the team

    The Product Marketing team defines the marketing objectives and corresponding investment needs for SAP’s Procurement and External Workforce solutions portfolio, as manifested in the end to end marketing plan, supporting the growth ambitions of the winning plan.

    The team defines and delivers the solution area messaging and positioning aligned with our target audience(s), determines the solution area priorities for demand generation and delivers key marketing assets to support the end-to-end customer journey.

    Product Marketing owns and manages customer-facing marketing assets and solution enablement delivery for (pre-)sales and partners in close partnership with the SAP Learning team. The team also supports solution evangelism and engagement by serving as the solution subject matter expert responsible for driving thought leadership and supporting AR and PR plans in alignment with marketing objectives and plans.

    What you’ll do:

    In this role, you’ll:

    • Support the development of customer facing assets that will be integrated into marketing programs and campaigns
    • Work with the cross-suite messaging and competitive team to support the coordination and management of integrated marketing programs and their corresponding amplification strategy
    • Measure and report on key success metrics of cross-team programs including solution launch and thought leadership
    • Serve as tier 1 events support covering content planning and build, speaker coordination, as well as special interest activity planning
    • Oversee maintenance of existing content management platforms like Sharepoint and Highspot

    Who you are

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    • Currently involved in university or college degree in business, marketing, communications, and/or journalism
    • Willing to commit to 8-12 months full-time internship starting June 2024
    • Passionate about the intersection of technology and storytelling
    • Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing create and communications projects
    • A proactive and curious mindset, with enthusiasm to operate in a collaborative, agile, and global environment
    • Accountability to manage and meet several project timelines simultaneouslyAsks questions and is curious about everything
    • Proficiency with Adobe Create Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and audio/video editing software a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Proficiency with managing virtual meetings on platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom

    Location: Alpharetta, GA (preferred) or close to an SAP office. Position is hybrid with in office days required

    Expected start date June 2024, flexible as needed. The ideal candidate will be expected to be available part time during the fall semester.

    Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
