    ABOUT THE TEAM

     

    The SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite provides powerful, cloud-based solutions such as a human resources management system (HRMS) for core HR and payroll, talent management, employee experience management and people analytics. We focus on employee experience with our open, secure technology foundation.

     

    In SAP SuccessFactors the HXM Strategy & Innovation Office (S&I Office) was created to differentiate SAP as the HXM partner of choice by empowering our HXM Value Advisors, Solution Architects and Technology Advisors, Sales, Presales and extended stakeholders with tools, content, methodologies and assets that drive great customer experiences and customer success.

     

    We are a global team of HXM experts with members located in the US, UK, France, Germany and India.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

     

    Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Visual Design & Knowledge Management

     

    Location: Remote / Virtual US

     

    Expected Start Date: August 2022

     

    Contract Duration: 6 months

     

    • Support the HXM S&I Office with better use of technology (graphics tools, design tools, video, etc) to enhance the content, guides and knowledge assets the team builds
    • Support the S&I Office Knowledge Management strategy through designing, building and managing accessible content repositories using tools such as SharePoint to:
      • Curate leading practice content and make it available to our global advisor teams (HXM Value Advisors, Solution Architects and Technology Advisors) in order that they can share best practice approaches, presentations, Point of View documents, customer deliverables, etc
      • Make available to Account Executives self-service content and knowledge to support them in their customer engagements
      • Scale our S&I Office deliverables through access to self-service guides and videos to support the delivery of volume business
      • Make available enablement content to increase the knowledge and capabilities of our key stakeholders

     

    WHO YOU ARE

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

    Position Requirements:

    • Strong aptitude for technology, including graphics and design tools expertise, and video creation
    • Experience of building knowledge management hubs using tools such as SharePoint is preferred; The opportunity to develop SharePoint capabilities while in the role is an option for a candidate with experience of similar tools and/or a strong aptitude for technology
    • Experience of using PowerPoint and Word
    • Can operate well in a virtual and global team across multiple time zones
    • Takes direct accountability and end-to-end ownership for work and results
    • Detail oriented and able to juggle multiple projects successfully
    • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and graphical)
    • Fluent English language

     

    Educational Requirements:

    • Undergraduate degree in Art/Design or Business
    • Current MBA student or recent graduate
