Job Description: The management analyst provides business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding. These functions include business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes. Additionally, they will provide support to the business and management elements of logistics support. The Business Lead plays a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting system improvements for REGIS and SAPS. They collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows, assist in system design, and ensure that software developments align with business needs. Additionally, they contribute to user training and documentation, provide business-level troubleshooting, and escalate technical issues to developers or IT teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

9 years of Experience

A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field that included or was supplemented by; at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required.
