    Job Description

     

    • Manage retail /wholesale online channels. Including Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Zulily and Multi-wholesale platforms.

    • Create listings, pack and fulfill orders, customer service

    • Maintain online presentation though working on reviews and feedbacks

    • Create promotions, AD, marketing events and email blast to increase order

    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationship through message, email, and social media

    • Will be handling wholesale/ retail orders, but must collaborate with teams on projects (no one does one thing, teamwork is IMPORTANT!)

    • Collecting payment, calling and emailing customers for past due invoices

    • Pack and ship orders within a warehouse environment for hours at a time

    • Attending national/regional tradeshows, sales meetings, and relevant company events.

    • Communicate regularly with upper management by providing monthly reports, account status. Project updates on a regular basis.

    • Manage channel relationships with the objective of increasing sales in focus accounts.

    • Work with assigned Key Account to identify, launch and complete marketing and incentive programs to motivate sales teams to increase sales.

    • Continually evaluating current and future sales probabilities, market trends, pricing, competition and new opportunities within each product category

    • Provides administrative assistance as needed

    • Performs other duties as assigned (sales, warehouse and office duties)

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be willing to work the hours of 10am-2pm (will change to 9am-5:30pm when business get back to normal)

    • There will be times where traveling is a must for tradeshows

    • Looking for a long term employee to grow with the company

    • Must be willing to work all aspects of office and warehouse duties including packing, as well as sales leads

    • Can think on their feet and be able to handle very tight deadlines

    • Must be able to follow directions and quickly learn all aspects of the job

    • Be open minded about all other areas, as we all wear many hats

    • Ability to work in a warehouse environment to pick and package orders

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level and the ability to multi-task functions including the comprehension of computer skills.

    • Have experience working in or with major and retailer will be a plus

    • Gift Industry experience will be a plus

    • Bilingual a big plus

    • Must be able to collaborate with a team & also be able to work alone

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • College degree; some post-high school education or training preferred
    • Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
    • Highly professional and dependable
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

    COVID-19 considerations: Hours may vary during COVID-19. Will go back to normal 8 hours when business needs.
