$30.00 - $40.00 per hour

$25.00 per day for gas

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Temporary - 30 day assignment, 55 - 66 hours per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION OF EHS MANAGER

An immediate need for an experienced Safety Coordinator to oversee the maintenance of a solar farm in Moapa, NV.

The Safety Coordinator will work directly for the SAVI EHS representing the prime contractor overseeing the project. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Oversee the safety compliance for the project

Conduct documented daily safety inspections

Deliver site specific project safety orientations

Participate in the Daily Hazard Analysis process

Investigate incidents to determine root cause and develop corrective and preventative actions

Work closely with the project leadership teams to assist with facilitating and injury free workplace

Review safety plans and assist with plan development when needed

Ensure subcontractors are adhering to their safety plans

Make certain craft workers are appropriately trained for their required tasks

Act as liaison with the client’s risk management team

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

2 years of experience in safety management

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

OSHA 30
