We are seeking a talented person who can drive our growth through new account sales in the San Antonio MSA. We offer an aggressive compensation package that has strong financial and professional growth. Responsibilities: Keep the sales pipeline full, supplementing warm leads with cold calling.Keep the Sales CRM up to date.Follow up with prospective clients regularly until a “sold/lost” determination is made.Work in cooperation with the Regional Director to help achieve individual objectives and to develop tools for tracking established objectives and reports to indicate levels of individual and group achievement.Analyze, collate and present information concerning current market conditions and competition as requested by the Regional Director.Establish and maintain prospect and customer files. Qualifications: • Have 5+ years of Outside Sales experience, preferably selling commercial cleaning accounts. • Have high-integrity sales leadership and be able to lead by example. • Be comfortable to cold call leads for 30-50% of the monthly target. Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000+ (includes base plus commission and bonuses)
